Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must follow these conditions:
- Please ensure all returns are packaged securely and include your name, order number, item name and reason for return.
- Please message us before returning the item and we will do what’s in our power to resolve the issue promptly.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item has our original security warranty label on.

We prioritize customer satisfaction, so if you encounter any issues, please message us before starting the return process. We're committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, when an item is being returned, they need to include a paper note inside the parcel with their name, address, item title and reason for return.

Change of Mind
- We do accept returns if incorrect item was ordered by mistake or due to change of mind, in return we ask the customer to cover all return fees.
- Buyer must notify us within 7 days of item delivery, otherwise we will not be able to accept it.
- Please check for compatibility before ordering, as buyer is responsible for all postage costs if wrong part has been purchased.
Faulty Item
- 0-30 days: We always try our best to make sure things run smoothly however sometimes things can still go wrong.
If the item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return or exchange for you. In these instances, we will cover any return postage costs. - 30-90 days: Unless otherwise stated we include a 3-month warranty on our items. Please contact us to arrange a repair or exchange.
We would not look to cover any postage or packaging costs associated.
We record the serial number of all items prior to shipping to be able to identify them for warranty purposes.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
