SHIPPING

•We ship within 2 working days (If you require faster dispatch please message us before making the purchase and kindly wait for our response before buying)

•Laptop parts are sent (depending on the size) via Evri and Royal mail 3-5 working days delivery service.

•Laptops and PCs are sent via DPD Next day delivery.

RETURNS

•Please ensure all returns are packaged securely and include your eBay username, eBay item number and reason for return.

•Please message us before opening a return case and we will do what’s in our power to resolve the issue promptly.

•Returns will only be accepted if the item has our original security label on. This policy has been put in place to minimise fraud and theft.

CHANGE OF MIND

•We do accept returns if incorrect item was ordered or due to change of mind, in return we ask the customer to cover all return fees.

•Buyer must notify us within 7 days of item delivery, otherwise we will not be able to accept it.

•Please check for compatibility before ordering, as buyer is responsible for all postage costs if wrong part has been purchased.

•Please make sure to choose the correct and true reason for return as it can affect our account in a negative way, whereas it doesn’t affect you as a buyer even if you ordered wrong part or changed your mind.

FAULTY ITEM

•0-30 days: We always try our best to make sure things run smoothly however sometimes things do go wrong.

If the item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return or exchange for you. In these instances, we will cover any return postage costs.

•30-90 days: Unless otherwise stated we include a 3-month warranty on our items. Please contact us so to arrange a repair or exchange.

We would not look to cover any postage or packaging costs associated.

We record the serial number of all items prior to shipping to be able to identify them for warranty purposes.

DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

•We MUST be notified of damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt.

•If the outer packaging appears damaged, please either refuse the delivery or take photos of the outer packaging before opening the parcel.

•Please report any damage to the item to us within 24 hours or receipt with images of the damage to the item and any packaging.

•All our prices include 20% VAT.
