Thank you for your purchase. All of our laptops and computers are professionally tested and supplied with a 6-month hardware warranty for your peace of mind.

Please read the terms below carefully, as they form part of the sale.

✅ What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers hardware faults that were not present or detectable at the time of sale, including:

- Motherboard failure

- CPU / GPU failure

- RAM failure

- SSD failure (not data)

- Charging faults

- Keyboard / trackpad faults

- Wi-Fi card faults

If a covered hardware fault develops within 6 months, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

❌ What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

- Accidental damage (drops, liquid damage, cracked screens, dents)

- Software issues, viruses, or user-installed programs

- Battery wear (batteries are consumable items unless stated otherwise)

- Overheating due to blocked vents or misuse

- Damage caused by opening, tampering, or unauthorised repair

- Cosmetic wear and tear

- Damage caused by incorrect chargers or accessories

🔒 Warranty Security Stickers

All devices are fitted with tamper-evident holographic warranty stickers.

If these stickers are:

- Removed

- Broken

- Tampered with

- Missing

👉 The warranty is immediately void.

This indicates the device has been opened or interfered with after sale.

🛠️ Returns Under Warranty

If you experience a fault:

1. Contact us through eBay messages describing the issue

2. We will provide return instructions

3. The device must be returned in the same condition with warranty stickers intact

Do not open or attempt to repair the device yourself, as this will void the warranty.

📦 Return Conditions

Returned items must:

- Include the charger

- Have warranty stickers intact

- Not show signs of accidental or physical damage

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being refused.

After 6 months from the date of delivery, the warranty expires and we are no longer responsible for faults.
