This laptop powers on, boots into Windows, and functions normally (screen, keyboard, touchpad, ports, Wi-Fi, speakers all work).
However, it is being sold FOR PARTS / NOT WORKING due to a severe performance throttling issue:
• CPU does not boost correctly and remains near base clock under load
• GPU performance is far below expected levels for an RTX 4090
• Benchmark testing confirms heavy power / firmware-level throttling
• Performance is significantly reduced compared to normal specifications for this model
Because of this, the laptop does NOT deliver expected i9 / RTX 4090 performance.
